• The project was developed entirely using BIM (Autodesk Revit).
• I was the main architectural designer for the project, overseeing design development, planning
pre-application, planning application submission, and acted as the key point of contact for
client and consultants.
Dorchester Court extension, London:
• The project had a complex history of multiple design teams and opposition from key players
at the existing residential estate.
• As a pair of 'fresh eyes' into the project, I was tasked with presenting a clear design narrative
for the planning application.
• To collate the information needed for the Design and Access Statement booklet and Drawing
Issue, I attended site visits and DTMs, and liaised with project consultants to coordinate
Verified Views and consultants' reports.
Hero of Switzerland, London:
• The project was developed entirely using BIM (Autodesk Revit).
• My expertise, acquired from previous projects, allowed me to produce the Design and Access
Statement and Drawing Issue within a short timeframe.
• I also produced a 1:100 physical model of the proposed scheme, and developed the landscape
design for shared rooftop amenity and ground-level public house, the process of which
involved site visits and consultation with the existing pub owner.
