Duties: Act as a HR manager for a SMe company, work with senior management team for company growth. I have also attended HR seminars for disciplinary and grievance
training and employment update to make sure our procedure and policy are align with
updated code of practice and employment law. I also work with warehouse manager with &S,
help him with risk assessment, random check in the warehouse monthly and give advice to warehouse manager. Meanwhile I'm studying CIPD Level 5 with degree to boost my
professional acknowledge and skills which expecting graduate in 2019.
Due to the nature of business I will step in Customer Serive as a manager to review all
agents' (a team of 15) performance base on data produce in zendesk, give team leaders
advice on a weekly basis. Communicate with operation management team if there is any
serious complains which relate with our distribution centre or logistics team. My duty also
include keep contact with our EBay account manager for our account health.
