I’ve had over 22 years successful commercial experience in the design industry,
working for various design and advertising agencies. I have now returned to freelancing as a designer/illustrator working around Surrey and London.

My last permanent role was Head of Design at Exo, a creative agency that is a company of Lexis (PR Agency), owned by Next 15. I had a team of freelance designers and film editors, which I engaged according to demand. I was running the agency on a day-to-day basis, approaching new clients, managing the team of people in-house and externally, overseeing project management to meet demanding deadlines, dealing with invoicing, and executing design assignments myself.

My career began in print design and illustration, and this evolved into web design, followed by mobile phone game interface design, designs for TV and marketing campaigns, usability design and trophy design. Through my conceptual and creative abilities, I am adept at transforming client requirements into strategic brand concepts and powerful design that works across both print and web.

Having designed for many blue chip clients including Adidas, BBC, PlayStation, Coca-Cola, Costa, River Island, DHL and Pizza Hut to name but a few, I’ve managed projects from start to finish dealing with senior clients and developed strong commercial relationships. I understand how to deliver the brand experience across the full range of physical and digital media, and how to translate that delivery into style guidelines.
