As a classically trained chef my key focus has always been fresh food and during my time in London I co-created and launched Burger Craft, a fresh burger brand, on behalf of PubLove.
I took that brand to the National Burger Awards where I was a finalist, won the Development Chef of the year at the Eat Out Awards and came in the top ten burgers in London two years in a row with Twenty Something London.
I also moved the PubLove brand towards a craft and premium offering transforming their position in the market place.
Together we launched three new pubs in central London and successfully relaunched four of the pubs in the estate post refurbishment.
Hugely passionate about the hospitality industry as a whole, I have many years of experience both front and back of house, training, recruitment and financial management with a good track record of building successful offers that engage with the customers and staff.

PUBLOVE
Publove is a pub and hostel chain seven sites strong based in central London. As the Food and Beverage Manager it was my job to drive forward sales across both revenue streams while maintaining strong financial controls to manage the GP and controllable costs.
Main responsibilities include:
• Drive sales through innovation, events and strong focus on staff training
• Creating stretching budgets and responsible for achieving targets on the P&L including wage control, revenue and EBITDA
• Recruit and engage team members of all levels in the brand and products
• Create and deliver effective training and inductions for team members
• Manage procurement of all food and drink for the business ensuring GP targets are met, budgets hit and new and interesting products were available in the pubs
• Development of a Chef Academy to ensure retention and promotion of internal candidates to senior positions
• Coordinate with the Marketing Manager to come up with new events and promotions to drive trade
• Create fresh food menus that ticked all the required boxes while touching on current trends in the industry
• Created and launched a pizza offer in Pimlico
• Curate a core drinks list that promoted a strong London focus, hit GP targets and included new and upcoming breweries
