Audit current website using UX skills and experience to re-structure the hierarchy and user journey flows to create a better overall user experience. I then took this data to create new design concepts reflecting the company brand and values. I am also responsible for reviewing and overseeing the build.

Senior UX Design (Research) Six agency.
Project involved identifying and creating personas and an experience map for the customer base of a motoring finance company. Our goal was to improve their customers experience of their products. We achieved our goal by gaining insights from existing research and carrying out multiple user interviews.

I also worked on a carbon offset initiative for an international oil company taught me a lot about the early scoping stages of a project. I developed strategies for understanding existing user journeys, hierarchy, identifying gaps and putting together questions for user interviews to fill these gaps. This research enabled me to create a feature set from which a road map could be identified with internal stakeholders in workshops.

I reviewed the current online payment journey in ‘My Account’. I designed new journey concepts and conducted guerrilla testing. This enabled concepts to tested to ensure they met user needs and developed further allowing a better user experience.

Ultraleap create the sensation of touch in mid-air. I was responsible for auditing the plugin used for integrating mid-air haptic sensations into Unity.

Working in an agile environment I worked alongside the tools team to improve the user experience for a product showcasing at the CX trade show. Using lean UX design practices I conducted user testing and prototyping to test assumptions.

I designed the Orange Cash mobile application for iOS mobile devices. This initially involved wire framing to present the best user journey. I was responsible for ensuring current iOS guidelines and practices were used. Once designed, I created a high fidelity prototype using Axure. This enabled the stakeholders to understand and approve concepts easily.
