Augmented Reality iPhone and other mobile platform applications using QR Code.

Please see the video from the link below. We have developed this new augmented reality app integrating iPhone. The idea is to have printed QR codes and with clients advertisements in the print media and then with the help of this free app your reader can see advertisements as seen on the TV or Computer through that printed add. Outsourcing:

With your own customised team ( Long term)  :
In this model we find the right people for you – you chose your team from the CVs we forward you. We hire them for longterm as permanent employees. You also have an option to have one person locally available to you in the UK who handles all communications with the team back in the development wing.
Benefits :
-          The whole team reports to you directly
-          A monitoring team from our side keeps a watchful eye on all communications, code quality and documentation that your team delivers and proactively informs you where improvements are needed.
-          They all have local UK numbers on their desks so that you can call them from your cell phone as well as and when required
-          Standby – Resources: if you have 4 resources with us you get a free standby resource. This resource can be used for spikes or for periods when other resources are not available for any reason.
-          Ability to shrink and expand the team : If you have more than 8 resources with us, you can put 3 of them in sleep mode which means that they will still be part of your team but for periods of inactivity you pay only a small retainer and when needed they can be put back into the team on a one day notice.
-          You DO NOT PAY Lump sums. You only pay monthly for resources so there is no financial risk. You do not ever pay for more than 8 hours a day even if the developers work more than that.

-          There is no Contract tie in. You can at any time disengage with us by giving us a notice.  For small teams its 60 days notice. For large teams its 60 days notice for the first 4 resources and then 30 days notice for every next batch of 4 resources.  
-          We have not lost a customer since 2007 despite the fact that we do not have any binding contract clauses. Also we are very good at retaining resources so most of the resources have been working for our customers since 2007. We try our best to retain them long term for customers
-          All code and documents reside on your remote repositories so you own the code from day one.
-          Ability to change resources if given enough notice so e.g. if you wanted to swap one of your .Net resources to J2EE resource or something else, we give you the option to do that provided we are given enough notice.
-          You get to use some free services as well like our Graphic designers. You as a customer will get a few hours every week for free to use the services of our Graphic designing team unless you want to engage them as well for long term work. 
IP :
All the IP remains yours and our team only supports you in implementing your ideas. We do not show samples or examples of work that we have done for our customers to other potential customers and that is the reason we cannot show you anything we have done. So, for example, all we can say is that XYZ is a company we work for and if you want to see what we have done for them, you will have to download publically available stuff from their website. To ensure that what we are saying is authentic, when the time comes our customers will be able to directly give you feedback about our work.
Time wasted and red tape culture around outsourcing:
 Although understanding the requirements clearly before starting work is important, we believe there are ways in which this can be completely avoided. We have over 8 years of experience in outsourcing and one of the reasons we are successful is because we approach this issue in a different manner. We use a proactive parallel approach where a mixture of our experience combined with agile methodology ensuring small deliverable sprints and parallel proactive development ensures that you actually get a very fast paced development iteration throughout your engagement.
Rates :
At the moment our rack rate is around 15£ per hour per resource which is capped to 8 hours a day. However, we can provide you with much lower rates if we work together. This means that even if developers work over time to chase deadlines the customer wont be charged unless the customer requests specifically for extra days during holidays etc.

Please do note that this is the dedicated team model which means that we will put a team together for you and reserve/ dedicate that team for your company ONLY. No one else will ever be using that team for as long as you are in engagement with us.

Small short term projects – With these types of projects we usually do not go out and hire new and fixed resources for you but will try allocate resources to you from our existing pool of resources. Sometimes if we do not have the right people for your type of work, we will let you know upfront but will not engage in a project if we cannot deliver 100% quality. However we can start on the premise that it is a short term project but if we do well there is a potential to work long term. This way there are no strings attached and we start with a small test project and if we do well you can continue with us or else we can stop work after the small project.
