Over 15 years of experience focusing on managing complex project/programs and delivery of quality acceptance products into service.
Operates successfully and effectively in structured and unstructured delivery environment, defining and implementing Test and Quality strategy to facilitate full end to end project execution.
An efficient Programme manager, who motivates and leads by example. Have lead cross-functional Project teams, integrating their efforts to maximise operational efficiency. Possessing first-class communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multiple third party vendor initiatives.
Responsible for implementation of Test Centre of excellence, utilising QMS (Quality Management Systems) as part of the drive towards continuous improvement i.e. to manage, monitor and enhance processes within IT Dept.
Experienced in the implementation & test scoping of Mobile Banking and Insurance platforms, Customer Relationship Management, Content Management Systems, ATM technologies using resourcing models (on/off shore) in order to facilitate QA and testing for these projects.
Familiar with methodologies such as , Agile /scrum and TDD-BDD approach .
Worked internationally in Europe, USA and Middle East.
