MyDilemma (Investment Strategist)
Initially approached to help drive downloads of a new app, which quickly turned into a larger project to attract new investors
MyDilemma was a unique app targeting the teenage market with an advice based app, where you could canvass opinion on any topic i.e. which dress would look best on a first date.
Initial campaign featured a series of ads with dilemmas inviting people to participate. Following on from this an investor deck was created to drive marketing efforts and get the app higher up in the consideration window. I wrote & created a compelling investor deck highlighting the vast opportunities the app would bring

VSmart European Launch (Strategic Consultant)
Consultation for one of Vietnam's largest and well known brands. A manufacturer with a huge share of their home market wanting to expand out into Europe… with no brand awareness outside of Vietnam and no real product differentiation.
They did however, present reasonable value for money
Taking into consideration European market trends i redefined what 'value' could stand for creating a new category the brand would stand for, giving them a fighting chance of making it in Europe.
I led the team to create a brand with strong stand out, that would break through the 'me too' advertising. Creating content that would engage both the trade & consumers largely online through multiple digital channels

The contact lens market was seeing a decline in registrations and uptake.
Briefed by Vision Express i set to create a digital strategy that not only bucked the trend but grew overall sales for all Vision Express Products through a cross sell strategy
Optimising the UX via all channels we created a highly targeted large-scale digital campaign, across different customer segments which netted in an impressive 22% conversion rate & 30% sales uplift. Singlehandedly reversing the decline in sales

I not only streamlined their strategic planning process but drove business efficiency while leading a £3bn rebrand.
I directed my team & the agencies to create 4 new private label tiers with 1000's of product lines in 730 stores, across 4 store banners in 7 states, with an sales uplift of 1200% on core products.
