I am an outstanding Agile coach, certified SM, PO and SPC4 (SAFe), working with Agile for 10 years in any role (developer, manager, senior manager, SM, PO, SAFe).

I enjoy searching for new opportunities, I like to share ideas and get input from colleagues. I am motivated by new projects and ideas and an outgoing person who enthusiastic goes out to convince others about new ideas. I have the capacity to see the big picture, pursue it and involve others.

I am good at presenting ideas and information to others. I tend to speak my mind, although I have often thought things through in depth beforehand. Indeed, it is through conversation that I think up many of my best ideas. Meetings, both formal and informal, are important to me.
I am known for my ability to see things on a wide scale and for having a sharp insight.
I am mainly an analytical thinker who takes a detached, objective view of problems.
I have a high focus on quality; I do not only measure quality but put a lot of effort in means to achieve it through analyzing and improving the development environment.
