• Transition Management – Experience working with transition of highly complex solutions and platforms.
• Vendor Management – Procurement processes and subsequent deliveries. At Novozymes Charlotte worked with challenged projects involving both internal deliveries and external international vendors.

• Contract Management - Experienced in driving and writing Request for Information and Request for Proposal, conduct mapping of system capabilities with requirements and business processes. Well proven track record within procurement processes, cost evaluation as well as contract negotiations.
• IT Service Management – Working with ITIL best practices in relation to IT Service Management. Significant experience with Service Level and Hosting agreements. Definition, negotiation, implementation and process monitoring of service levels at both Sirius IT, Logica, NovoZymes, Novo Nordisk and SKAT. Implementation, and optimization of ITIL based processes for handling incidents, service requests, problems and changes. Implementation of governance processes in relation to major service transition.
• Business Process improvement – significant experience in defining business processes, requirement specifications and driving process optimizations. Several years of experience working in a highly regulated environment with focus on compliance processes latest at NovoNordisk, Demant and Novozymes.
