an established affiliate marketing publisher (currently 120 people), part of the international Pepper Group (over 800 people). My role is a true generalist role and spans across research, campaign
planning, negotiation, consumer activation and client on-boarding as well as day-to-day account management activities.
My key duties have included:
• Grow existing and establish new verticals - Having been given command of the consumer electronics category, I was
challenged to grow it, which I achieved by re-establishing contact and relationships with underserved partners, as
well giving them a better understanding of the inner workings, goals and motivations of Hotukdeals, while taking the time to better understand theirs. I have established the underserved categories of Travel, Car Leasing and Business
Finance, by putting forward the case of expansion based on customer search queries, making contact with relevant
partners to produce a test campaign as a case study. Once the case studies' positive impacts were accessed,
resources were given to expand category
• Campaign Ownership - Managing the domestic, regional and international brand campaigns onsite from start to finish, including setting the timelines, negotiating commissions or tenancies with leadership, organising beginning
and mid-campaign testing, communicating the process to all involved and producing the post-campaign reporting
and feedback processes. Utilising SEO, PPC, social media, onsite and In-app pushes
• Learning, development and culture - Developing new and leveraging existing training programs to ensure the availability of appropriate development content, coaching and other opportunities for all partnerships employees,
including introduction of new company-wide on-boarding programme and various technical and soft skills trainings. I
have worked closely with the leadership team to create and deliver on the affiliate strategy as well as building the

accurately forecast each quarter.

signed Insertion Orders, logging of client communication within PipeDrive, organise product positioning with marketing team, daily communication with the editorial function
