Passionate data nerd with a focus on value creation through user-friendly solutions that provide relevant insight. Over the past 10 years, I have shown the ability to design and develop BI solutions for companies that are crucial to their insight into their business.
I find the agile approach important to find the shortest path to a good solution for the customer. My goal will typically be to give the user something in their hands as soon as possible, in order to both engage the users in the work and form a feedback loop that can ensure the project does not go astray.
Since Microsoft PowerPivot (Later Power BI) was launched, I have been teaching and working with the product. Later, I was responsible for Tabular Models at BESTSELLER, including the design and optimization of large Enterprise Models. It gives me a great ballast when it comes to development, consulting and optimization within Power BI and Tabular Models.
As a person, I am thorough, analytical and independent, I stay focused on the goal, and do not stop until I succeed in collaboration with the customer. I am introverted by nature, which gives me some great qualities when it comes to details and working with data. Despite that, I manage to create relationships with people around me, and have had success in the role of Scrum Master and Team Lead, where I benefit from my ability to listen and ensure structure as well as momentum.
