Since 2005, I have held various positions all with IT as the primary objective. The positions have ranged from external consultant to internal key positions within a global IT organisation. I have gained a broad experience of the many aspects of IT from the operational “hands on” tasks to the strategic plans and implementations.
Latest achievements:
I was hired to establish a sourcing department to support the Coop IT department and to head up the IT sourcing of their major (estimated 2.2 billion dkk) investment in the Coop Retail program that will transform coops business. This is including a new ERP system based on SAP.
Strategic sourcing was at the time, not a well known or respected discipline in Coop. I managede to turn this around by proving the value of IT sourcing done right. The department is now considered as trusted advisors and are influencing the IT agenda.
