I'm offering
Behavioural scientist with 7 years' experience of using behavioural science to understand the barriers to behaviour change and translating this insight into actionable recommendations that government and private organisations can take to drive the desired outcomes.
Recent projects include providing expert advice on the government COVID-19 communications campaign, the COP-26 communications campaign and government pension reform.
Alongside this I am an Honorary Research Fellow at University College London where I teach Masters students.
I am offering expert behavioural science advice, including:
- Defining the target behaviour: identifying and refining your behavior change objectives, moving away from just building "awareness" or "knowledge" to specific target behaviours that will drive the outcomes you're seeking to achieve
- Behavioural needs analysis: systematically identifying the barriers to the behaviour change you are trying to achieve
- Ideation and solutions development: drawing on the large body of behavioural science literature and case studies from my professional experience to propose workable solutions to removing the barriers to behaviour change
- Behavioural de-risking: identifying the potential unintended consequences of solutions and campaigns used to change behaviour and strategies for mitigating these so risks can be owned, measured and mitigated
