This role broadened my financial acumen and my experience as a developer and project leader. Responsible for the design concept and vision, construction fit-out and FF&E selection of three luxury apartments in Belgravia's few new-
build developments, Ebury Square
• Working daily with Tenhurst's founder, John Hunter, to design, build, procure and launch Tenhurst's first finished
product into the London market. This involved close collaboration with luxury brands, including Steinway and their UK
distributor to create a world class cinema experience
• As Development Manager I appointed and managed the consultant team, as well as managing the vision, procurement
strategy and selection of all FF&E. This required international procurement using the skills I had learnt whilst working on The Shard Apartments. Responsible for all aspects of the project's budget, I reported into the funders monthly,
managed the cashflow and monthly drawdown process. Project value approx. £1m (9-month programme).
