Over the past 6 years, I have worked as a designer in varying roles, both in house and agency side. This has given me a great understanding of not only the creative process but also the best ways to communicate ideas.
In any position of employment, I have been in, I have always strived to improve myself by testing my capabilities outside of my comfort zone, going beyond what is needed to learn new ways of working. This has led me to pay for myself to undertake different courses with the view of advancing my technical knowledge, most recently courses within motion graphics learning animation principles and 3D software.
I have a strong passion for working with ideas and concepts for a wide range of projects and pushing myself technically. As a creative thinker I want to work closely with colleagues to create aesthetically pleasing outcomes that are conceptually well conceived.

As part of the creative partnerships team, I was responsible for creating and delivering digital display ads for
clients that wished to display their brand within one of the Hearst content platforms, such as Mens Health or
Runners World. This involved coming up with the idea and designing in order to get approval. Once the design
had gone through approval stages I would then animate in After Effects and build within Celtra. Managing time
effectively was crucial in this role as the workload was heavy with very tight deadlines with often varying assets.
Clients included: New Balance, BBC, Marks & Spencer, BMW

Working as the sole designer within the digital content team at Nestle, I was responsible for designing the eCRM
template along with the modules that will roll out within the campaign. This included a variety of assets, including
animation and interactive modules. Assets would start out as a sketch and then proceed to be designed in Photoshop or animated in After Effects. During this project I worked closely with an external database
management company that was rolling out the emails in order to deliver the right assets for the build.
