At the heart of my interests is Design Thinking, the subject of my Master’s degree. Today, I am combing Design Thinking with Salesforce technology. My Work includes over fifteen years’ experience of designing, delivering and project-managing Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Health Cloud and Lightning Platform apps.
In May 2020 I won the Meridian Award in the West Midlands for the best NHS Innovation – a Salesforce-based app for Clinical Trials Management as part of a collaboration with NHS Worcestershire Acute Hospitals Trust and built on The Volunteer Platform I implemented in 2020 at NHS Frimley Health Foundation Trust. See Awards below.
