inaccurate and the GDPR policy was yet to be articulated. He applied critical thinking and rigor whilst chairing the design
forum and re-introduced Jira to digitise processes and put the voice of the customer firmly into decision making. He lobbied
for the CIAM proof of concept using Gigya, and pushed for, and developed, a capability catalogue to assist brands in understanding the art of the possible. This, in turn, helped IT gauge demand and prioritise future initiatives based on
benefits, CX and reusability.

The utility had been fined £10M for non-compliance. Dom engaged with 30+ stakeholders in two geographies to design a
revised Operating Model to include necessary supporting technologies and customisations. The initial project included:
• Landing a "rapid response" to a regulatory enquiry and collaborating with business and IT functions to plan change.
• Capturing requirements with traceability to define problem and complexity statements.
• Designing a new operating model capable of functionally separating (ring-fence) two business functions.
• Planning and delivering of required change to support the new operating model.
Using his well-developed people skills, Dom navigated at pace through interviews, workshops and technology assessments to deliver on the task. The proposed changes were approved by Ofgem and enabled SSE to bring forward its digital
transformation programme without risking further action from Ofgem. The subsequent implementation programme was
approximately two years.

marketing plan, and supporting collateral to recruit a network of Resellers. The target of 15 resellers in year one was
exceeded by recruiting 30 resellers in 8 months. By owning key reseller relationships, Dom became an integral part of both
NetTraders and the reseller network, thus becoming the GoTo guy for the new internet medium.
Mid. 2000, the Dot-Com Bubble burst and NetTraders became insolvent. Dom structured and negotiated a rescue package with banks, resellers and NetTraders board to phoenix the business as Wisechoice ISP.
The hosting business was restructured to virtual hosting which allowed the business move from Nottingham to London to
increase client satisfaction, production efficiency and profitability. The business was run successfully until 2008 when it
was sold to Brann Marketing.
