Consistently this has been moving the business towards cost efficiency and value chain optimization. From my core capabilities, I can combine and implement top-level strategy into practical context in various countries and markets and make complex issues look simple; this is done consecutively through multiple roles in both Salling Group, Canon, Nobia/HTH, and Flügger group. I understand the necessity of combining my academic insights from the recently obtained MBA degree with practical experience and understanding of business operations. I have grown business acumen through leadership at several levels from Project Manager for several project teams and with different organizational backgrounds, to Country Manager in both Denmark and Sweden and also Chief Sales Officer for the overall commercial organization.

Working with direct reference to the Group CEO and jointly in the General
Management and with main-shareholder of the company, acting as
Management Consultant focussing on rationalisation and Cost-Out activities to
secure profitable growth and funds for investments in operational capacity and M&A.
With a focus on OPEX and through qualitative and quantitative data analysis
and in close cooperation with the local countries, I have managed to draft and
implement a cost-out plan worth mDKK 59,7 within Store Portfolio / Store
Footprint.
To improve Cash-Conversion as well as Inventory Turnover with 40% I have
headed a cross-organisational initiative on the assortment to reduce long-tail
SKU's, redesigned Spacing in Retail Stores and focussing on more eCommerce,
lead to a Net Working Capital improvement of mDKK 30,0 - 50,0.
I have been driving an initiative to re-modelling the Flügger Franchise
Concept and especially the Pricing structure and general services, to secure the continuation of the business through Revenue Mitigating actions.
