We are developing a web platform that is developed using PHP+Laravel and MySQL, and the communication is based on API calls. The whole platform is on Google cloud. We want somebody who can help us with further development of the platform and making necessary changes based on customers' needs.
In addition, different tools (all using CPP) are being developed separately that require integration:
1. a desktop App that records data (such as video and audio) and stores the data on a Google bucket.
2. a machine vision platform that processes videos to extract features
3. a machine learning platform that process the features to extract patterns
4. a postprocessing platform that creates text and multimedia reports based on the extracted patterns.
The frontend is being developed using ReactJS. Therefore, small familiarity with JavaScript and ReactJS can be helpful. We use GitHub, Postman and Jira for different aspects of the development and deployment. Again, familiarity with GitHub (in particular) and other tools can be helpful.
We need a developer who is happy to devote 2 days/week in average for a duration of 3 months in the first instance. If successful, we will continue on a much longer basis. We expect to have a heavier workload at the beginning and less later. Therefore, for the first 2-3 weeks you might be required to spend 3 (or even 4 days) per week.
